It is my distinct pleasure to write this Testimonial Letter for Mr. Roman Zhukov and his team of developers at ETNA Software. We have been working with the ETNA Software team for over two years now. Their efforts have been a major part of our success and we consider them a valued partner.
As I look back to our initial meeting I must admit that I had some concerns about outsourcing to any organization that is so far away and from a completely different culture. The internet has brought the world much closer but it has also opened the way for a large number of pretenders that complicate the process of finding quality providers at competitive costs. Those concerns were in direct conflict with our desire to gain cost advantages as we brought our new platform to market. As a privately held, and self funded, organization we needed economy and quality to go hand in hand.
When we entered our project into the bidding process the response was overwhelming. Responses were received all but immediately, and ran the gamut of numbers that were either too low to do the work or too high to justify going off shore. Even more disturbing was the propensity for bidders to submit quotes without asking even a single question about our specification. To my mind that was a red flag that the bidder had limited credibility.
That is where Roman began to shine. His correspondence was well thought out and he asked good questions that only could have come from him spending quality time on the materials that we sent him. Even more than that, the ETNA Software team made suggestions about how we could improve our design and benefit from using some of their techniques and core competencies. Needless to say I was impressed and we entered into an agreement that stands to this day.
When we stared the project the months literally were flying by. The ETNA Software team was always supportive of change requests and never failed to meet an estimated time frame or cost. They are quick to add more support features, such as their Tech Support Request system that we use to improve the communications between our two companies. We were so impressed with the module that we ultimately added a version of it into our core product.
I can say without hesitation that I recommend ETNA Software as a development partner for even the most complex applications. They are competent, honest and have a strong focus on quality in their work. If there are any questions that I can answer, I will make myself available as a reference.
