As a Chief Executive Officer, Roman Zhukov is committed to bringing together the best engineering talent and customer-oriented business strategy.
During his 15 years in software business Roman headed software engineering departments of US-based companies, co-founded several engineering startup companies and accumulated an inside-out knowledge of outsourcing software delivery process. Through his career Roman managed the development of several large-scale projects for global financial organizations such as Allianz, Genesis Securities/SogoTrade, ACT Forex, ThinkOrSwim, CIT Finance, Global Forex Trading and Gilingam Bank and Trust.

Daniel Wallace
VP, Americas Sales
Daniel Wallace is responsible for managing all sales-related activities for ETNA Software's enterprise solutions in the US, Canada, and Mexico. He brings over 14 years of industry experience within the software solutions market where he most recently held the position of Vice President of Sales for Net Studios corporation.
Prior to Net Studios, Daniel spent four years with Retail Systems where he was responsible for distribution and installation of Point-of-Sale systems to retail chains and franchises.
Mr. Wallace is a highly successful entrepreneur with hundreds of accounts in his portfolio.

Gregory Prays
VP, Global Delivery
As a Vice President of Global Delivery, Gregory Prays is responsible for overall company’s project management and coordination, development process improvement and software quality maintenance. He also oversees HR relations and fosters business-process innovation.
Prior to joining ETNA Software Mr. Prays managed project development, formation and subsequent development/management of corporate business branches at a leading outsourcing vendor.
Through his career Gregory managed the development of several large-scale projects for top-ranked companies such as Dell, IBM, Symantec and many more. He brings to the company a proven track record in developing commercially successful enterprise software products.
