Fixed Price Projects Outsourcing

When the scope, schedules and requirements of the project are well defined, a fixed price model is a cost effective and low-risk option. The primary advantage of the Fixed Price model is that it allows the customer to exactly determine the project budget in advance.

Fixed Price - Flexible Scope

The price is fixed at the beginnig of the project and will not be changed unless the client requests significant changes to the scope. However if the feature is replaced with another equally estimated feature and no work has been done on the original feature, the price will not change.

Communication and Progress Tracking

ETNA Software will ensure excellent communication over the entire course of the project:

• Day to day:
  • Phone, Skype, E-mail, IM, GoToMeeting
  • Online access to our internal task tracking system
  • Direct access to the latest development version of the system
• Weekly:
  • Conference calls with presentation of results achieved (shared desktop/GoToMeeting)
  • Status Report document
• Monthly:
  • Monthly Summary Report

Warranty

We provide a warranty period of 12 months. During this period all errors are fixed at no extra charge.

Maintenance

Naturally after delivery of the product a client wants to add some new features to improve the functionality. ETNA Software provides such services and there are several maintenance options available to choose from to ensure required resource availability.

Payment Terms

Payments are made upon reaching milestones with tangible deliverables.

Intellectual Property

All IP rights for the custom developed software belong to the client.
