Offshore Dedicated Team

In this model we create a team for the client and provide equipment, a working environment and management services. The team is dedicated only to projects of the client.

The advantage of this model is the ability to establish a full-fledged software development center without bothering about issues related to managing full-time employees, such as HR, legal, tax, accounting, equipment, or office management.

Scope of Work

A client is free to steer the development into any direction that has the priority for him, add/remove features, start sub-projects. A dedicated development center operates as an extension of the client’s core operations. Basically it is your own branch in an offshore location. At any time ETNA Software can provide advice on the best resource allocation.

Communication and Progress Tracking

Dedicated team will accomodate to the practices the client is most comfortable working with.
Out-of-the-box ETNA Software will ensure excellent communication over the entire time span of the ODC using the following means of communication:

• Day to day:
  • Phone, Skype, E-mail, IM, GoToMeeting
  • Online access to our internal task tracking system
  • Direct access to the latest development version of the system
• Weekly:
  • Conference calls with presentation of results achieved (shared desktop/GoToMeeting)
  • Status Report document
• Monthly:
  • Monthly Summary Report

Team resizing

Upon client's request ETNA Software can add more resources to the team by using existing employees or hiring new employees. In case of hiring new employees the Client will be able to screen and interview candidates.

Rates

ETNA Software is one of the lowest-margin providers in Eastern Europe. Please contact us to request a rate card for desired positions.

Legal Structure

All team members are full-time employees of ETNA Software. All responsibilities under labour legislation are fulfilled by ETNA Software at no extra cost to the Client.

Client can request all team members to sign an NDA with them. ETNA Software can also sign an NDA as a company.

Payment Terms

Payments are made on a monthly basis.

Intellectual Property

All IP rights for the custom developed software and any artifacts belong to the Client and are considered as products of work for hire.
