Roman Zhukov

CEO

Roman Zhukov founded ETNA Software in 2002 with the goal to help businesses achieve high performance through IT. As a Chief Executive Officer, he is committed to bringing together the best engineering talent and customer-oriented business strategy.

During his 13 years in software business Mr. Zhukov acquired an inside-out knowledge of offshore software delivery process. First, as a Director, R&D at the US-based software development company and then, as a CTO and co-founder of a telco firm. Through his career Roman managed the development of several high-availability enterprise production platforms for financial organizations such as Allianz AG, ACT Forex, ThinkOrSwim, CIT Finance and Global Forex Trading.

Roman graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics.

Alexey Linkov

VP, Marketing

As a Vice President of Marketing, Alexey Linkov is responsible for business strategy development and execution. He also oversees HR relations and fosters business-process innovation.

Prior to joining ETNA Software Mr. Linkov managed public affairs and strategic marketing at a leading e-payments solutions vendor headquartered in Moscow, and earlier – at one of the country's largest ITO providers - Lanit-Tercom. In this role, Alexey was responsible for advertising, brand management, creative services, media relations, events and tradeshows.

Mr. Linkov began his career in IT as an editor-in-chief of an electronic publication devoted to web hosting technologies. He graduated from St. Petersburg State University.
